Levulan PhotoDynamic Therapy (PDT)

Necessity is the mother of invention and there is a dire need for safe and effective therapy for the clearance of Acne, Pre-Cancer, Rosacea and Sun Damage. Now that several of the conventional treatment modalities are under scrutiny there needs to be an alternative. Laser mediated photodynamic therapy may offer a safe and effective alternative with minimal side effects.

We are extremely impressed with the results and the unusually high clearance rate of these conditions using Levulanic Acid and Laser/light therapy. Rejuvalift is combining Levulan (an amino acid) with Blu Light and Intense Pulsed Light to induce a therapeutic or detection effect. In severe cases repeat applications may be indicated.

Results vary somewhat, however, our patients are experiencing 80% to 100% resolution of mild to severe acne, moderate to severe Rosacea and active and inactive skin cancers and pre-cancers.
